Dear Parents,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an important update regarding the fees at ProBall Football. Effective August, there will be a slight increment in the monthly fees.

Hereunder is the new fee structure:

Single session (4 sessions/month) :

Rp.700,000 (Rp. 175,000/session)

Double session (8 sessions) :

Rp.1,200,000 (Rp 150,000/session)

Triple session (12 sessions) :

Rp.1,600,000 (Rp. 134,000/session)

Additional session :

Rp. 175,000/session

I understand that any increase in fees can be concerning, and I want to provide you with clear information regarding this decision.

We have carefully assessed our operational costs, including facility maintenance, equipment upgrades, coaching staff salaries, and other associated expenses. In order to maintain the high quality of training and development opportunities that we offer to our young athletes, we have had to revise our fee structure accordingly.

I want to assure you that this fee increment has been implemented after a thorough evaluation of our financial needs and consideration of the current market trends in youth soccer programs. Our priority remains to provide a safe, enriching, and productive environment for all our players to grow and excel in the sport.

Additionally, I want to emphasize that the fee increment will not compromise the quality of training or the dedication of our coaching staff. We are fully committed to delivering top-notch coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities for every player.

We take pride in the strong community we have built at our soccer academy, and we greatly value the trust and support of all our parents. Your commitment to your child’s soccer development is truly appreciated, and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with such talented and dedicated young athletes.
